Trans-Hernando
The Transportation Disadvantaged, Para-Transit service, is a shared ride service designed to provide cost effective door to door transportation for the elderly, physically or mentally challenged individuals and the economically disadvantaged residents of Hernando County. Primary services are mainly for medical appointments.

Scheduling:
Scheduling requires 24 hours notice and/or by 12:00 noon a business 
day before trip, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. 
(except on County celebrated holidays).
