MFCS’ "House to Home" program is a homeownership program that seeks applicants who have a demonstrated need for housing and have the financial ability to own a home, even if they would not qualify for a traditional mortgage.
Our current application cycle is open from July 17, 2023, and will remain open through August 18, 2023.
A completed application is due 2 weeks after receiving the application.
Application Information
Applications for homeownership are only accepted when homes are in process. Applications are not accepted on a rolling, ongoing basis; rather, applications are accepted in cycles that align with the progress of the homes in the process.
Interested applicants must pick up an application in-store only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
